carving :)

I got some perspex today and I started carving the images out.  I had to play around with the images on the perspex first to make sure I got all the images onto it properly and to have enough space between each image so I would be able to cut them out easily enough. 

 Then I just stuck the images to the perspex using masking tape so the image wouldn't move on me.

This is hard to see but here is the telephone box carved out.

Once this was done I then cut all the images out. Firstly I used a Stanley knife to try cut them out but when I was using the knife I found I kept on letting the knife slip and I would cut them image so then I used a scissors, it was so much easier. I then used sandpaper to smooth around the edges. You can see the telephone box much cleared here in this picture.
